Nakshathra- the daughter of old time heroine Sumithra, will get introduced in Mollywood with the new movie 'Vaidooryam'. To be directed by Sasheendra K Shankar, a former associate of Bharathan and Padmarajan, the movie will tell a love story with Kailash as the hero. Nakshathra will appear as an young girl named Gayathri, who takes the maximum risks to be with her most favourite friends.

Scripted by Satheesh Narayanan, the movie will be produced by Anugraha movie International. Jagathy, Vijayaraghavan, Rizabava, Saikumar, Veetukili Prakash, Bheeman Reghu, Kottayam Nazeer, Jaffer Idukki and Suraj Venjaramoodu are also part of the cast of this movie, which will have songs by Vidyasagar in the lyrics of Vayalar Sharath. The movie will be shot at Ottapalam and Shimoha from this 15, by cinematographer Kishore K Shankar.
